Over the past three years, INSIDEA has scaled its presence across more than 15 countries, expanded to over 150 employees, built a network of more than 100 global partners, and served over 1,500 customers. During this high growth phase, Disha designed the systems, frameworks, and leadership culture that allowed the organization to grow sustainably without losing its human centered values. Her ability to balance speed with structure ensured that expansion remained relationship driven and operationally sound.

Under her leadership, experience transformed from a reactive support function into a structured and measurable ecosystem. She introduced clear ownership models, strengthened collaboration with partners, and empowered teams to take accountability for outcomes.
