Today, as Senior Manager CRM and Collections at Denali Assets, she leads nationwide customer relationship management and collections operations across 11 large format projects, managing over 16 million square feet of assets in India.
Over the past sixteen years, she has progressed from managing entry level roles to starting a company and now overseeing a customer base covering more than 16 million square feet within the facilities management industry. Her growth in the industry reflects dedication, perseverance, and continuous professional development. She consistently seeks opportunities to stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Her early career provided firsthand exposure to the operational, financial, and people focused challenges within the industry. These experiences continue to shape her leadership approach. In her current role, she oversees client engagement, escalations, invoicing, and collections while working closely with cross functional teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and long term value for clients.

By leveraging CRM platforms, digital feedback tools, and data driven reporting, she has streamlined issue resolution and introduced proactive client engagement models.
