Vipul Patel is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive, transformation leader, and Founder and CEO of Perite PharmaSys Inc., with more than 35 years of leadership experience across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
He was recently awarded the Achievers’ World Excellence Award for Finance Leadership Excellence, presented in association with the Luxembourg Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India during the 1st ICAI International Conference 2026 – Europe in Luxembourg.
Throughout his career, Vipul has successfully led complex pharmaceutical operations, finance, supply chain, ERP, M&A integration, regulatory compliance, and business transformation initiatives. He has managed supply chains supporting more than US$2 billion in annual revenues and delivered measurable improvements in profitability, working capital, inventory control, customer service, and operational performance.
As Chief Operating Officer of Mint Pharmaceuticals, he played a key leadership role in supporting the company’s recognition as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, including achieving the prestigious Gold Standard designation.
His professional excellence has also been recognized through the NRI Achievers Award for Excellence in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain, the Outstanding Leadership Award in Healthcare from Health 2.0, and the Rotary Youth Leadership Award, along with several other industry and leadership recognitions.
