With a strong academic foundation in finance and human resources, she has successfully transformed a Chennai based startup into a globally recognized talent solutions company, delivering specialized technology staffing services across India, Japan, the United States, and several other international markets including Singapore, Taiwan, Ireland, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Korea, and Europe.
Divya began her professional journey with Cognizant, where her dedication and performance enabled her to quickly progress from Process Executive to the Global Workforce Management Human Resource team within two years. She later spent five years at Ma Foi, where she led end to end human resource operations and played a key role in enabling multiple organizations to achieve Great Place to Work recognition.
In 2022, Divya co founded Coreimpaqt with Mr Nitin Chandan, starting with a single resource and scaling the organization to a team of forty professionals within four years. Under her leadership, the company has built strong capabilities in areas such as digital engineering, data, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity. Coreimpaqt has established partnerships with over one hundred forty five leading organizations including Cognizant, HCL, Tata, Wipro, Amazon, HDFC, and Sundaram Finance, with a strong focus on leadership hiring across roles such as vice presidents, business unit heads, and solution architects.

It established its foundation in the financial year twenty two twenty three, expanded into the Japan market in twenty three twenty four, and entered the United States in twenty four twenty five.
