Championing Financial Literacy, Women’s Empowerment, and Inclusive Social Leadership

Ms. Mansi Mathur

Mansi Mathur is a passionate social advocate and entrepreneur whose journey is rooted in the belief: “Not he who has much is rich, but he who gives much is rich.” Her work seamlessly blends financial expertise with social impact, driven by her vision that leadership with humanity is what the world truly needs.

Raised in a family grounded in humility and discipline, Mansi draws inspiration from her late father, Sri Sanjai Mathur, who served as Additional Transport Commissioner, and from her mother, a homemaker whose strength and resilience shaped her character. These values became the foundation of her professional and social journey.

Beginning her career as a Business Analyst at Accenture, Mansi honed her expertise in automation, underwriting simulators for motor insurance, and chatbot solutions for the BFSI sector. Guided by mentors and strengthened by her academic grounding from Birla Institute of Management, she steadily built strong business acumen within the insurance industry. Post-2022, she expanded her work into life insurance and property & casualty insurance, focusing on addressing penetration gaps in India and advocating awareness around life insurance adoption and GST reforms in health insurance.

Her entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of B BOLD B U, a venture dedicated to promoting financial literacy, insurance awareness, and consultancy services. Through this platform, she aims to empower individuals, particularly women, with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed financial decisions. The venture also explores personal hygiene products, financial consulting, and emerging technologies such as low-code and no-code platforms to build safer and more literate workplaces.

Alongside her corporate career, Mansi has consistently worked for the upliftment of differently abled individuals. Her early CSR initiatives focused on inclusive teaching and advocating for improved infrastructure and equal opportunities. Her associations with organizations such as Toastmasters and Dr. Reddy Foundation helped her expand her impact by building confidence and skills among underserved communities.

At the age of 31, Mansi was honored with the prestigious Mahatma Gandhi Samman for embodying Gandhian principles through her dedication to social service. She has also received recognition as Times Women of the Year by Times of India and Asia’s Quality Award for Visionary Woman in Social Service. Her advocacy and leadership earned her the opportunity to meet the Honorable President of India.

Today, Mansi Mathur envisions scaling her impact globally, advancing women’s empowerment, fostering safe workplaces, increasing financial literacy, and creating inclusive growth models that bridge business excellence with compassionate leadership.
