Neuberg Diagnostics, promoted by serial entrepreneur G.S.K. Velu, is consolidating its Maharashtra operations with Mumbai-based NM Medical to create an integrated diagnostics network spanning pathology, radiology, genomics and preventive healthcare.

The integrated network brings together Neuberg NM Medical, Neuberg Dr Ajay Shah, Neuberg Sehgal, Neuberg OncoPath, led by Dr Jay Mehta, and Neuberg Star. The platform will offer routine and specialised pathology, advanced imaging, molecular diagnostics, genomics and preventive wellness services through diagnostic centres, laboratories, wellness facilities and collection centres across Maharashtra.

Dr Nilesh Shah, chairman of NM Medical, will lead the joint Maharashtra entity as chairman. Dr Ajay Shah has been appointed chief mentor – pathology, while Dr Asish Atre will head radiology. Dr Kunal Sehgal and Dr Jay Mehta will lead pathology, with Rahil Shah serving as CEO – Maharashtra, Preventive Wellness & Africa Operations, Neuberg Group.

The companies said the integrated model will enable clinicians to combine imaging, pathology, molecular and genomic data for earlier detection, more precise diagnosis, personalised treatment and disease monitoring.
