Please read the following terms and conditions of registering for the Achievers’ World Excellence Awards

By registering for this recognition, you hereby confirm and agree to the following:

  1. The deliverables associated with the applicable administrative charges will be fulfilled by M/s Brandworks Media Pvt. Ltd.

  2. You have voluntarily opted for additional PR deliverables upon payment of the required administrative charges as specified.

  3. Your registration is subject to realization of the administrative charges paid or payable by you.

  4. The administrative charges paid for availing any deliverables are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  5. In your submitted nomination, you have declared that you (the nominee) are free of any criminal or anti-national charges.

  6. The recognition is bestowed solely based on prima facie evaluation of the documents, profile, and testimonials submitted by you.

  7. Any misrepresentation or ambiguity found in your nomination may lead to revocation of the award at any stage.

  8. The event may be re-scheduled or discontinued by the organizers at their discretion and without prior notice.

  9. The award and certificate issued are intended strictly for personal use.

  10. Your nomination has been independently evaluated by a third-party media/research agency—M/s Brandmark Media—for this recognition.

  11. You agree to indemnify the event organizers against any consequences or claims arising from the usage of the name or logo of the Achievers’ World/Achievers’ World Excellence Award.

  12. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

  13. Changes to the nomination from the same organization are allowed only once.

  14. The Achievers’ World reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.

  15. Achievers’ World also reserves the right to change the date, venue, or format of the event without prior notice.

  16. The selection of awardees rests solely with the Forum and is final and binding.

  17. An independent research agency has shortlisted your nomination, subject to completion of registration and formal confirmation.

  18. As stated earlier, the registration fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  19. The event may be rescheduled in terms of date and venue, due to unforeseen circumstances.
