Srinivas Kolluru is the Business Head of Star Localmart, the retail arm of the Sanjay Ghodawat Group. With an MBA and nearly three decades of experience in food and grocery retail, FMCG, dairy, and e-commerce, he brings deep expertise and a progressive vision to the business.
Since its launch in October 2020, Star Localmart has grown rapidly under his leadership, establishing 170+ convenience supermarkets across Maharashtra and Karnataka with a team of 500+ members. The brand has already achieved DC-level breakeven and is steadily expanding its footprint in Tier 2–6 towns, offering high-quality and competitively priced groceries, fresh produce, and FMCG essentials.
Srinivas is an expert in operations, supply chain efficiency, and buying & merchandising, known for leveraging data analytics to design customer-centric assortments. His hands-on approach ensures seamless execution of store rollouts, while his motivational leadership fosters a culture of innovation and excellence.
With sustainability at the core of his strategy, he emphasizes local sourcing and entrepreneurship, creating ecosystems that strengthen communities and reduce environmental impact. Looking ahead, Srinivas is steering Star Localmart towards 3,000 stores by FY2030, targeting ₹5,000 crore in revenue over the next five years.
